Covid-19 has not only changed the way we socialise, but also strongly affected the way we connect with art. Three guests have been invited to comment upon MA sculpture students’ responses to translating their practice into a digital medium. Lisa Le Feuvre, is the current Executive Director of Holt / Smithson Foundation, she has extensive experience curating shows in Europe and in the US. Le Feuvre has worked in academia and was Director of the Henry Moore Institute between 2010 and 2017. Thomas J. Price is an alumni and visiting lecturer on the Sculpture Programme. Price’s practice is characterised by translating physical objects into a digital language and then back to the physical world through 3d scanning. Rebecca Edwards is a curator in Arebyte Gallery, she is based in London and focuses on experimental artistic expressions that use new technologies. The panel will be mediated by Tere Chad, a graduating MA Sculpture student.
