Discussion to be rooted in the field of Decolonization in and around the institution. Potential discussion points: How to ground the functioning of Decolonization into the institution. What are the different frameworks/ perspectives/definitions of Decolonising that already exist, or can exist, which we can then apply in education. What is some affirmative action that can be taken; a manifesto, pact, (semi) legally binding document or piece of work that will root this discussion into RCA post RCA2020.
