Intelligent Mobility (MA)

About

Intelligent Mobility expands the traditional space of vehicle design into a more contextually diverse and critical design programme. Our 2020 graduates address important design questions about future mobility, relating to trust in autonomous driving, sustainable systems and holistic design solutions for previously unaddressed niche demographic groups.

The work applies in-depth narrative approaches using a wide range of research techniques and technically progressive future scenarios, to envision impactful mobility designs.

The Intelligent Mobility MA is part of the RCA’s Intelligent Mobility Design Centre (IMDC), which provides a unique tri-lab structure and commercial-academic framework for future mobility education and sector thought leadership.
