Service Design (MA)
Tammy is a design strategist in technology-empowered business. Born in Shanghai, studied in Los Angles, worked in Boston, and now exploring in London, she synthesises complex challenges for speculating data-driven design in conscious and behavioral change.
Believing design is a weapon in the data era, she has been exploring design methods and leadership across the UK, US, and China in Healthcare, Financial Service, and Public Sector. She adopted the Design Thinking curriculum into the summer campus at MIT and Harvard University.
Prior to service design, she focused on communication and interaction design in a human-centered agile working way. She is currently working with Panasonic; previously worked at Philips, Continuum.
