Re- Alone Together
My collection’ Re 'begins with modern society‘s ephemeral intimate relationships and the rethinking of traditional relationships. In traditional Chinese culture, a completion relationship or image is more easily accepted by the public, especially with the development of society, people pay more and more attention to speed and perfect image. But sometimes we are missing a more powerful existence, which is the reunion after the broken.
The poetry of "The Breakup" is a metaphorical, but a powerful existence-those subtle connections. At the same time, metaphor is also a characteristic of Chinese traditional culture, so this series will have a subtle sense of conflict.

I wanted to create a space and a process of fragmentation, trying to divide the clothes in a broken way, creating a connection between the private inside space and the outside world. I explored the relationship between fragments and wholeness and how the body feels reunited, looking for hidden connections between those people and space through the connection between the costume state and the body, creating a vague extra space for the body communication that looks negative, sad, but expresses intimacy in a spicy way.
Special fabric techniques and patterns, including missing dials and separated stamens in accessories, always have a part that disappears, but it still exists, and they speak of a sense of detachment that will lead to a new relationship or reunion.
Sometimes the ashes are hotter than the flames.
